چکیده

Viral pathogens utilize various human organs for infection, and the gut is one of primary entry sites viral pathogen. The epithelium tightly maintained since multiple harmful substances, including pathogens, attack it. outbreak new viruses or strains often poses a massive threat to life, so we need understand how they develop prevent them by inventing therapeutic approaches, drugs vaccines. Therefore, biology society always eager invent better way investigate infection mechanism, life cycle, drug response, etc. advances research platforms were critical bottlenecks researchers. recent development organoid culture system widely opened opportunities diseases related pathogens. In particular, was quickly applied severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 research, providing information about virus potential therapeutics such as cellular tropism, crucial genes involved in replication infection. This review provides comprehensive summary intestinal systems pathogen research.

Bacillus subtilis as a Host for Recombinant Hemagglutinin Production of the Influenza A (H5N1) Virus

Abstract Background and Aims: Influenza A(H5N1) viruses  circulating in animals might evolve and acquire the ability to spread from  human to human and thus start a pandemic. Hemagglutinin (HA) has been shown to play a major role in binding of influenza virus to its target cell and the main neutralizing antibody responses elicit against this region. Recent studies have shown that...

Evidence of the COVID-19 Virus Targeting the CNS: Tissue Distribution, Host–Virus Interaction, and Proposed Neurotropic Mechanisms

The recent outbreak of coronavirus infectious disease 2019 (COVID- 19) has gripped the world with apprehension and has evoked a scare of epic proportion regarding its potential to spread and infect humans worldwide. Scientists are struggling to understand how it resembles and differs from the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARSCoV) at the genomic and transcriptomic level. Simila...

Salmonella‐infected crypt‐derived intestinal organoid culture system for host–bacterial interactions

The in vitro analysis of bacterial-epithelial interactions in the intestine has been hampered by a lack of suitable intestinal epithelium culture systems. Here, we report a new experimental model using an organoid culture system to study pathophysiology of bacterial-epithelial interactions post Salmonella infection. Using crypt-derived mouse intestinal organoids, we were able to visualize the i...
